With over 25 years of diverse international experience in nearly every facet of software, Priya is a proven, high-growth entrepreneurial CEO with a leadership philosophy centered on engaging clients and employees to build industry leading SaaS software platforms and delivering exceptional stakeholder value to achieve sustainable competitive differentiation. Demonstrated success in developing and scaling a strong entrepreneurial and innovative culture, attracting and retaining top talent, cultivating a sense of ownership throughout the organization, and leading successful teams. Priya was awarded New England Entrepreneur of the Year in 2014 and ranked on the 2015 top 100 Entrepreneur list by the Boston Globe.
Prior to Vee24, Priya was most recently Chairman & CEO of Anaqua, Inc. which she founded in 2004 and grew into a global SaaS solutions provider for Intellectual Asset Management. Prior to Anaqua, Priya headed Operations at Steelpoint Technologies, a legal software provider for Fortune 500 companies and global law firms, where she drove the company from the red to profitable quarter-after-quarter growth. Prior to Steelpoint, Priya was Managing Partner at AGENCY.COM where she founded and grew a financial services practice to $250 million in less than 5 years. Priya has also held senior positions at Bell Labs and Foxboro Systems.
Priya holds a bachelors and masters in Computer Science and an MBA from the Sloan Fellows program at MIT Sloan School of Management. She serves on several boards, women executive panels, and is a regular guest speaker at various business schools in the Greater Boston area.
Geoff joined Ascent in 1998, in the midst of the internet investment frenzy, because he was attracted to the firm’s disciplined approach to venture investing and focus on enterprise technology. Since becoming a partner in 2001, Geoff has led Ascent investments in newly emerging markets such as security information and event monitoring (SIEM) (Network Intelligence); database activity monitoring (Guardium); and transaction automation (Synchronoss). Network Intelligence and Guardium became leaders in their markets prior to their acquisitions by EMC and IBM, respectively. Synchronoss (Nasdaq: SNCR) remains a dominant publicly held company with a market cap that exceeds $1 Billion. Geoff currently works with several active portfolio companies that are disrupting traditional enterprise IT markets, especially within data analytics and customer experience.
Prior to Ascent, Geoff served as an Investment Analyst in the Boston office of Norwest Venture Partners, where he researched emerging technology markets and worked on successful investments such as Quadritek Systems (acquired by Lucent) and Nashoba Networks (acquired by Cisco). While at Norwest, Geoff realized how much he enjoyed the pace and challenge of working with technology startups. He began his career in the Audit/Business Advisory division of Arthur Andersen, LLP, where he was concurrently sponsored by the firm in an accelerated MBA program.
Data Point Capital
Scott Savitz is the Founder and Managing Partner of Data Point Capital, an investment firm focused on the internet. Scott is a strong advocate of entrepreneurship and innovation, especially where it aims to raise the bar on the consumer experience. Scott is also the founder and former CEO of Shoebuy.com. Scott founded Shoebuy in 1999, and served as its CEO through its sale to IAC. Under his guidance, Shoebuy grew on average over 55% a year becoming one of the largest online retailers in the country, with over 1 million products and $3.5 billion in inventory available for sale, serving over 8 million visitors a month. Between the sale of Shoebuy in 2006 and Scott retiring from the company in 2011, Shoebuy tripled revenues and grew bottom line faster than top-line. Scott is Chairman of Smart Lunches and also serves on the boards of Print Syndicate, Vee24, YourMechanic, and Jebbit. Scott has also previously served as an Advisor or Director for Paintzen (acquired by PPG), Olejo Stores (acquired by Mattress Firm), On The Spot Systems, Inc. (acquired by Press Ganey), and Bluestem Brands (acquired by Capmark Financial Group). He also serves on several committees focused on fostering growth and a more robust economy including the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, Citi Performing Arts Center, and Co-Chair of 12 X 12 and Mass Scale. Scott received a B.A. in English from the University of Colorado and currently resides in Boston, MA. He is a frequent industry speaker and has received numerous awards and accolades including Ernst & Young’s New England Entrepreneur of the Year.
Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Tom is Vee24’s SVP of Worldwide Sales. He has served as SVP of Sales or SVP of Sales and Marketing for 6 different companies, leading the 5 private companies to exits of a combined $850 million. Tom is a real champion of sales process, methodology, and hands-on coaching. Before Vee24, Tom served as SVP of Sales and Marketing for Article One Partners which was acquired by RWS Services (LON:RWS) of the UK. Tom has held leadership roles at LDiscovery, Renewdata Corporation, Autonomy, Zantaz, SteelPoint Technologies, ePresence and Banyan Systems. Tom holds an M.S. and B.S. in Mathematics and Education from Oswego State University of New York.
Senior Vice President of Product & Services
Denise heads up Product and Client Success at Vee24. She is a proven executive experienced in leading teams to deliver exceptional value to top brands around the world. She is also an innovator with proven track record in building market-leading enterprise software for legal and financial services. She is passionate about helping companies transform the way they engage customers through customer journey insights, technology, and industry best practices. Prior to Vee24, she led product innovation and strategy at Anaqua, Inc., helping drive sustainable competitive differentiation and YoY double-digit growth to achieve market dominance. She was instrumental in establishing user groups and an executive council to collaborate on the product road map. Prior to Anaqua, she led large-scale implementations for financial service and automotive companies at CGI (NYSE: GIB) (TSX: GIB.A). She is a graduate of Cornell University and enjoys traveling, trekking, and cycling.
Senior Vice President of Marketing
Martha joined Vee24 in 2020 bringing her passion for marketing innovative technology solutions and services. She is responsible for driving marketing strategy and execution across branding, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and sales operations and enablement. Prior to Vee24, Martha served as VP, Marketing at Revulytics, a venture-backed software monetization business that was successfully acquired by Flexera in 2020. Martha has also served as VP, Enterprise Marketing at Intralinks and was Director, Americas Marketing at Sophos where she was instrumental in building a world class marketing function and growing the business. She began her marketing career at Motorola in the United States and Europe. Martha holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s from Bowdoin College.
