Land Rover is now offering a new and exciting service that allows sales consultants to assist website visitors directly, when and where they need help, though a live video engagement.
Customers can speak with and see a live video feed of the Land Rover agent on their webpage, whilst still having the ability to continue browsing the website with the expert help and advice of the representative. If they choose to, customers can turn on their webcam and use their microphone to speak with the consultant, one on one, depicting an offline face to face experience.
